Revised 2 October 2026
Privacy Notice
This notice explains how ICU-Mate handles public access requests, invited-user identity, minimal account configuration, and device-local clinical state.
Information we handle
Clerk handles Waitlist email addresses, invitations, authentication, account data, and sessions. Convex reuses a minimal authenticated-user link and stores only invited-user MHI and VHI self-attestation configuration for this build.
ICU-Mate provides no fields for patient identifiers and does not send screening observations or results to its backend.
Device-local clinical state
Assessment entries and results exist only in the current page’s memory and are not saved. Brief background interruptions have a 2-minute grace period. Closing, refreshing, signing out or staying away longer clears the assessment. Appearance preferences and non-clinical account configuration remain separate. The upgraded application clears previously stored Recovery drafts and results.
Hosting, retention, and deletion
Vercel may process minimal hosting and security logs. Waitlist and identity retention follow Clerk administration. Account deletion removes the application profile and applicable device-local state subject to provider and legal constraints.
Your choices
You may choose not to request access. Invited users can sign out, clear local application state, or use self-service account deletion from Settings.
